Crock pot chicken and veggies

My crock pot was feeling neglected so I decided to throw some things together. This made dinner and leftovers for a second dinner for me and my husband.

3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 bottle Italian dressing
6 potatoes (I used 14 small red potatoes)
1 bag mini carrots
2 celery stalks
Pour some dressing on the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken on top.
Add some dressing to the top of the chicken, followed by a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
Add the carrots and celery to the crock pot. Top with dressing and sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
Potatoes are layered on next, and top with more dressing and the last of the cheeses.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
