I found a couple versions of this on Pinterest and figured I’d give it a whirl. We love fettuccini Alfredo and chicken and broccoli… And I love creating casseroles. Sounds like perfection! Most recipes are for a full casserole and since this is a newbie I halved it. The measurements below are for the 9×9 pan I used, which is as close to half a casserole as I could figure out.
1/2 lb macaroni shells
1 large chicken breast
1 cup chopped broccoli (defrosted)
8 oz Alfredo sauce (Ragu is gluten free)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (separate into 2 1-cup servings)
Pepper to taste
Todd just finished his bowl and while getting up to get seconds says, “love it. Would not change a thing! I think I like this better than regular fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and broccoli .. It’s gotta be the cheddar cheese!”
