This next recipe was a little more difficult since I have never eaten it, but is my husband’s favorite! It also comes from the cook book “You Won’t Believe It’s Gluten-Free!”
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas
- In a large skillet over high heat, cook the onion in the oil.
- Scramble the egg in the skillet.
- Add everything else in the order listed. Saute together for a few minutes.
