Sunday Football Chili

I’ve always been more of a baseball person than football. It’s easier to understand (no flags every two minutes), and I played softball when I was little. Needless to say, we have the NFL Sunday Ticket. That means we have the ability to watch every game on Sundays. Being I good wife, I try to get into it. I usually grocery shop and clean in the morning, then watch the 49ers game with my husband.

I’ve learned to love my crock pot on Sundays. Great for wings, chili, etc that goes along with football. I start it in the morning and it is ready by dinner! Here is my quick and easy chili recipe:

1/3 onion, chopped
Garlic (I use a squeeze bottle), 3-4 squirts
1.5 – 2 lbs ground beef
1 16oz can bush’s Baked beans
1 29oz can Tomato sauce
1 21oz can Bush’s Texas Ranchero beans

Toss everything in and go! I like to stir every half hour. I usually put it in for 4-6 hours, but as long as the beef isn’t pink anymore it is ready to eat.

And it is gluten free!
